Return and Exchanges

Llora Singapore flagship store does not offer refunds for purchases.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and based on the eligibility after assessment of the condition for the purchased item. Customers are entitled to a one-time exchange only if the product meets the condition below.

Condition for exchange:

• Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for an exchange.
• Product to be in brand new condition, unworn, undamaged and include all original accessories and packaging.
• Provide proof of purchase and details about the product you wish to exchange.
• All returned products to be inspected to ensure they meet the criteria for exchange.

Products that do not meet the conditions will not be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to update or modify the exchange policy at any time.
