Shipping terms

Free shipping will be provided for both local and international purchases.
All international orders will take 7 business days to obtain an export permit application and DHL Express is our appointed courier agent for our international order. They will take approximately 5 to 14 days for international shipping.
If we encounter any restrictions from the recipient’s country, we will notify the buyer accordingly.
A Cites (Conventional on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) Export Permit is mandatory for all international trade of crocodile leather products. This Cites Permit will state the legality and provenance of your purchase.
Import regulations for crocodile leather products differ from one country to another. Buyers are advised to reach out to local authorities to understand the specific import requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared before the shipment of purchased items. Llora bears no responsibility for any goods seized due to insufficient import documentation.
The buyer is responsible for covering any additional customs taxes levied.

Custom Duties & Taxes

All items available for purchase on <www.llora.com> do not include any taxes or duties applicable in the recipient's country. llora offers DHL Express Delivery, CITES permit application, and insurance services.
As the recipient, you are responsible for covering any import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These payments are required to clear your order through customs upon arrival. A DHL representative will contact you to provide the details of the amount owed for the release of your order.
Please be aware that failing to settle these duty and tax fees will disqualify you from receiving a full refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs both to and from your specified destination.
